Building a brand for ClaimSecure

Soon after I started my freelance company, I was approached by ClaimSecure (a health, drug and dental plan administrator) to help them with some sales materials. That one project led to many more, and I soon had them on a monthly retainer.

A few months into our relationship, it became clear that they really didn’t understand who they were as a brand (and they admitted it). They asked me to help them figure it out.
