Creating a buyer's guide for sales enablement

A common complaint I hear from sales teams is how prospective customers will request help on a project only for it to be discovered after several meetings that they weren’t actually ready to take the

next step. This was often the case at Very, a full-stack IoT development company where I was Senior Manager of Content.

I realized that these prospects didn’t intend to waste anyone’s time... it boiled down to the fact that they didn’t know what they didn’t know. As a result, I saw an opportunity to create a “buyer’s guide” that would arm potential clients (or anyone looking to partner with an IoT development company) with the information they needed to make an informed decision.
