I honestly feel that newsletters are underrated. When I was Content Director at Sonnet, so much of the spotlight was on creating TV commercials and landing sexy sponsorships that CRM activities flew under the radar. Until that is, our little newsletter turned out to be the channel that brought in the most leads and conversions.
